Base pricing covers the mobilization of the crew, heavy-duty equipment setup, and disposal fees for areas up to 200 sq. ft. For larger properties, we provide a fixed per-square-foot rate.
Our standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Expedited reports (8-hour turnaround) are available for an additional $75 fee per sample, subject to lab availability.
