Hello Alex, I've received the lab report for the Oakwood project. However, the report mentions Stachybotrys spores in the attic. Is this something we should be alarmed about before the final clearance?

Hi Mark, Stachybotrys is indeed a concern, which is why we've established extra containment. We are performing the final anti-microbial fogging tomorrow morning. The follow-up test should show a zero count.
